KMW Catalyst is looking for a sales executive with in-depth knowledge of selling professional development services in the B2B space.

 

The Role

  • Understand, respect, and resonate with KMW Catalyst’s mission and will uphold it in service to our clients and potential clients

  • Drive sales and business growth selling professional development services in the B2B space

  • Passionate about the importance of leadership development in the workplace

  • Collaborate internally to create sales strategies

  • Leads sales by listening intuitively to client needs

  • Co-create viable solutions with clients to address their pain points

  • Initiate exploratory conversations with potential clients that lead to closing sales

  • Design & develop an interactive communication and decision-making processes

  • Partner with KMW Catalyst executive leadership as needed to close business

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Results-driven sales with in-depth knowledge of selling professional development services in the B2B space

  • A proven track record of excavating new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing business

  • Adept at building human-centric relationships with decision-makers in a variety of industries

  • Entrepreneurial and/or intrapreneurial experience

  • Able to track and cultivate multiple relationships simultaneously at varying stages in the sale process

  • Commitment to supporting workplace cultures that practice diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging

  • Adept at co-creating viable solutions to serve client needs

  • A strongly motivated self-starter with a poised, engaging and empathetic communication style

  • Strong, yet flexible work ethic

  • Proficient with CRM/Sales funnel systems, the Microsoft and Google suite of products, Zoom, Slack, and other essential internet technologies

Leadership Development Coach or Consultant

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

KMW Catalyst is looking for coaching and consulting leadership development professionals dedicated to empowering clients to reach their personal, professional, and organizational goals.

The Role

  • Respect and resonate with KMW Catalyst’s mission and will uphold it in service to our clients

  • Serve as the catalyst to help clients define and achieve their leadership development goals at an individual, team, and/or organizational level under the framework of entrepreneurial mindset and culture

  • Assist clients in developing action plans for leadership growth

  • Identify internal and contextual challenges and pain points clients may face and support them in addressing those challenges

  • Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan

  • Monitor and measure clients’ movement toward goal actualization

  • Maintain client confidentiality to create a safe space for clients

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Possess a personal mission to operate in excellence, but not perfection

  • Seek to understand and respect the individual journey of each client without judgment

  • Able to listen intuitively and provide insight to excavate a client’s core values and qualities to help them achieve their goals

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in business and leadership development in coaching, consulting, or managing people

  • Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience

  • Experience coaching leaders at multiple levels and/or consulting with businesses in different industries

  • Commitment to supporting workplace cultures that practice diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging

  • Solid communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong, yet flexible work ethic

  • Proficient in Microsoft, the Google suite of products, Zoom, Slack, and other essential technology platforms
